Our teacher handed this source image, which is of a painting, as an assignment. I don’t know the artist of the source, so I can’t credit it.

This provided us a lot of stuff to work on:

    • the clouds
    • the stone wall of the barn facing us
    • the stones and stump in the foreground

Vincent van Gogh day in class – “Starry Night” after Vincent

On Wednesday, March 6th, 2019, the 2 watercolour classes and the coloured pencil class got together to celebrate Vincent van Gogh’s birthday by learning a little about him and recreating his famous painting, “Starry Night”, some of us in coloured pencil and some of us in watercolour.
